- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event).

- by attending the AACTA Awards Event, the attendees give all necessary consents, rights and licensing to use their name, image and likeness in connection with the promotion (or retrospective highlighting) of the AACTA Awards and/or AACTA Events; and
- All attendees agree to act in accordance with the behaviour policy. Attendees in breach of this policy will be ejected as required.
