We hope you enjoy the incredible slate of content to be released throughout this year - so keep your eyes peeled!

HOW DO I ACCESS AACTA TV?

The process for signing back up is a simple one! At the launch of the brand new AACTA TV, you were sent an email inviting you to create an account. If you are unable to locate this correspondence or think you didn't receive it, that’s ok! Simply email info@afi.org.au and we’ll resend it. Once received, locate and click the “Create New Account” button in the body of the email. From there you need only enter your name and create a password and you can start viewing immediately.

WHICH EMAIL ADDRESS SHOULD I USE?

Whilst your AACTA TV account is separate to your membership account, the system does require your AACTA TV email address to be the same email address associated with your valid, paid AACTA membership. If you do not use the same email address, you will not be able to access content.

I CAN’T SEE ANY CONTENT

If you believe you should be able to see content and can’t, please contact us via info@afi.org.au so we can ensure everything is set up correctly for you to access our incredible offerings.

HOW SECURE IS AACTA TV?

We've recently reviewed global industry security standards put in place to prevent online viewers from pirating films. AACTA TV (powered by online streaming company, Shift72) is protected by encrypted user credentials, is also compliant with all major studios, and parallels the level of security achieved by leading streaming services like Netflix. Central to this is the inclusion of Studio Grade Digital Rights Management (DRM), namely Apple Fairplay, Microsoft Playready and Google Widevine.
