With experts from across the industry, this will literally hit the high notes as we unpack everything you need to know about the music biz.

		OLLIE WARDS \| Director of Music at TikTok Australia & New Zealand Ollie looks after all things music on TikTok across Australia and New Zealand, from large scale collaborations to music editorial or working with artists to grow their audience. Bringing together experience in content direction, music editorial, cross platform strategy, tech and data insights, Ollie has a natural love of music.
		NICK KOZAKIS \| Music video, Web Series and Film & Television Director Nick is a multidisciplinary director and content creator. With nearly two billion hits for his music videos working with artists such as Tones and I, Masked Wolf, Bliss n Eso, Nick is 3 times Aria nominated, film, Television and Web Series director. Nick is at home on set in any creative format environment and has just completed post production Godless: The Eastfield Exorcism, plus as director of the hyper cool web-series ‘Earners’, Nick knows how to create across any format and within budget.
		CHARLOTTE RIED \| Director and Artist Manager at Powerhouse Management Charlotte Ried is an Artist Manager based in Melbourne, Australia.Since starting in 2014, she has developed and worked with artists such as Vera Blue, Hauskey, Xavier Rudd and more. In early 2022, Charlotte began her own management venture, with a focus on exporting Australian talent globally. Her roster includes Polish Club, Gretta Ray, Blusher, and consulting on projects for Yorke, East Av3, Ben Lee, and Matt Corby.
		NOVAK \| Vocalist and Guitarist NOVAK is the vocalist and guitarist in rock duo Polish Club. Their debut album Alright Already was Aria nominated in 2017 for Best Rock Album. They were also nominated in 2020 for APRA’s Most Performed Rock Work for the single Clarity. You may see Novak appear on your TV in brand campaigns and shows, ranging from flying across the room singing to pizza with Dominos, to guest appearances on Spicks & Specks.
